Welcome to Utographia ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our alpha version of the mosaic generator tool, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Important: Utographia is currently in alpha development. The service may have bugs, incomplete features, or unexpected behavior. By using the alpha version, you acknowledge that you are testing early software.

2. Alpha Software Agreement

2.1 Development Status

You understand and agree that:

• This is alpha software under active development
• Features may not work as expected or may be incomplete
• The service may be unavailable at times for updates or fixes
• Your data or generated mosaics may be lost due to bugs or updates
• We may make significant changes to features or functionality

2.2 No Warranties

THE ALPHA VERSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES. We make no promises about:

• Reliability or uptime
• Data preservation
• Feature completeness
• Bug-free operation

3. Using the Service

3.1 Acceptable Use

During alpha testing, you agree to:

The alpha version is currently free to use. When we move to production:

• We may introduce paid features or subscriptions
• Alpha users will be notified of any pricing changes
• We may offer special pricing for alpha testers

6. Service Changes and Termination

During alpha development, we may:

BECAUSE THIS IS ALPHA SOFTWARE, WE CANNOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Lost data or generated mosaics
• Service downtime or bugs
• Any damages from using the alpha version
• Problems caused by the experimental nature of the software

Important: Always keep backups of important images. Alpha software can be unpredictable.

8. Feedback and Improvements

Your feedback helps us improve Utographia. By providing feedback, suggestions, or bug reports, you give us permission to use that information to develop the product.

As we develop from alpha to production, these terms will change. We will:
